Introduction to Yoga 6 Week Course starts Tuesday February 25th 2020
This 6 Week Beginners course will support and professionally guide you through a range of basic yoga postures and help you to personally align your body and breath when moving mindfully.
You will gain an insight into the many (some immediate) benefits that participating in a shared practice of yoga has on your health and well-being and gain an understanding on how it lowers stress levels. Come along and join our thriving Yoga Veda Community!
Tuesdays 25th March 3rd 10th 17th 24th 31st
One hour (Tuesday) class a week (6 sessions in total) £36 per person
Pay on the night £8 per session per person

Access to studio can be found through the sliding double doors (Look for the 6th Form sign on the side of the building) Doors are at the foot of stairs that run alongside building.
Free parking on site or on the building side of road. Please be courteous to neighbours if parking in street.

Please do bring your own mat if you have one although we do have mats available to use during the class should you need one. It is recommended that you wear loose clothing.
