- Energising Wake up Yoga This is a dynamic style of yoga; designed to energise the body. You will notice an uplift in your energy levels which will in turn help to pacify Kapha and enliven the nadis (subtle energy). Great way to kick start the metabolism. Suitable for all levels.
- Pranayama, Meditation & Mantra Bringing together Tapas, Svadhyaya & Ishvara Pranidhana (Kriya Yoga) mindful application of various breath, meditation, mantra & mudra techniques to study and explore the deeper. self. In this session we delve into extracts and scriptures from the ancient Vedic texts. Comfortable chair or seating cushion required. Suitable for all those wishing to develop their interest in yoga philosophy and meditation practice.
- Restorative & Relaxation YogaA slow ‘dreamy’ asana practice; focuses on pure relaxation and creating space in the body rather than an active workout. You will need props for this session – a strap, 2 cushions, 2 square yoga blocks (if possible) and a couple of cosy blankets & a pillow. Aimed at pacifying Pitta and Vata aggravations. Suitable for all levels & beginners. Be prepared to reach new heights of relaxation.
- Yin / Hatha YogaAn ‘all low on the mat ‘practice that focuses on reaching the deeper tissue layers, creating spaciousness within the body and mobilising major joints. This session offers a steady paced movement through the asanas. An ideal physical maintenance session! Aimed at pacifying Pitta and Vata aggravations and enabling increase in the flow of our subtle energies thus helping to break the tress cycle. Suitable for all levels & beginners.
- Yoga NidraOften called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that takes you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep. In this serene state, you cultivate profound relaxation, rejuvenate your mind, and access inner tranquillity. It’s a simple yet powerful practice for reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.

Julia’s Ohmline yoga classes are fantastic and were an absolute godsend during lockdown. Such a great variety across the week and every session presented with care, expertise and a clear passion for yoga.
