This mindfulness course helps you to train your attention to be more aware of what is actually happening, in the present moment, rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen. We learn to bring greater curiosity to whatever it is we experience. This course will help those wanting a deeper understanding of how to respond more skilfully to whatever the present moment throws at us.

Content for Session 1
Understand what mindfulness is and is not.
Learn how to practice formal mindful meditation to improve your health and wellbeing
Explore how to incorporate informal mindfulness throughout the day and make it a part of your daily routine
Understand principles of mindfulness to help you reduce (and eventually eliminate) the effects of stress from your life
Create a self-help toolkit to help clear and calm the busy mind
Content for Session 2
Experience freedom from emotional turmoil, anxiety and depression
Explore ways to help you sleep better
Eliminate the excuses and procrastination for starting and continuing a mindful meditation practice
Find happiness from its true source (from within)
