We are delighted to be able to now offer in person classes.
In this Autumn term sessions, we will be delving deeper into Ayurvedic guidelines for yoga practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Currently, we need this more than ever! This sister science to yoga is becoming widely adopted for its effectiveness in improving our lives. This course will help in changing the face of Yoga into a complete wellness discipline for body and mind, connected to a full range of Vedic disciplines and teachings.

Classes held at BPS2 Bitterne Park School, Dimond Rd, Southampton SO18 1BU – School Sports Hall 2 (Larger Dance Studio) 7:30 – 9 pm
These 1 1/2 Hour sessions will run as a course on the following specific dates only – No drop ins allowed. One payment covers all classes.

Total of 7 x 1 1/2 Hour Sessions = £70 per person for the course.
