- Simple, practical ways to cool, soothe, and nourish yourself during the summer season
- Daily rhythms, food choices, and lifestyle rituals for summer seasonal harmony

Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch & Release
Slow, floor-based postures held for longer periods to:
Release deep tension in fascia and joints
Encourage cooling and surrender
Balance excess heat and intensity in the body
A grounding, meditative practice to soften effort and invite ease.
Pranayama – Cooling Breath Practices
Learn and experience breath techniques to calm and regulate:
Cooling breath

Yoga Nidra – Guided Deep Rest
Be guided into a state of conscious relaxation where:

Sound Bath – Immersion & Integration

My husband Paul and I first met Julia a few years ago when we had an ayurvedic assessment which helped us at the time we were experiencing family problems so we understand the power and benefits that ayurveda can bring for health and wellbeing for longevity. Julia and her approach to her work is very professional and this is the second workshop that we have both attended and enjoyed. A lot is packed into the workshop and Julia gives clear explanation about ayurveda and how this goes hand in hand with yoga. The yoga practitioner that was invited to the session used headphones for the breath work which enabled a deeper practice with emotional effect. This workshop left participants feeling informed, held in the space and ready for the next one.
