Private Yoga Class (personal yoga practice development) Multiple studies have confirmed the many mental and physical benefits of yoga. Incorporating it into your exercise routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety. Sometimes in a class situation we can find we are distracted. 1:1 Sessions tailor the practice to you.
Bookings for groups of friends can be accommodated up to 4 persons if preferred.

Yoga therapy, derived from the Yoga tradition of Patanjali and the Ayurvedic system of health care refers to the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing physical & emotional and / or mental health challenges, at any level, manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve overall wellbeing.
Whether you opt for a private 1:1 yoga session or a yoga therapy session the emphasis will be on you and your specific needs. Sessions will always include a focus on physical alignment, development of the effective use of pranayama and increasing mindfulness within practice.
£20 per 30 mins (60-minute to 2 hour sessions for yoga therapy)
