Session links are sent out via email by Monday morning every week.
Your weekly links will include a variety of sessions for you to chose from, a mixture of mostly live with some pre recorded. All designed to create a supportive Yoga Veda Community and enhance living well with Ayurveda. All classes operate on Zoom.
