Billie Long –
Your sessions left a lasting impression on me ‘Meeting yourself on the mat ‘ was just what I needed ! I realised when that yes as you say we are the only experts on ourselves particularly on the mat. Being encouraged to listen to what my body needs not having to follow instruction was so empowering Julia. Thank You.
Delving into self awareness with you and all the guidance on the indicators yoga and ayurvadea offers us to check in on self is really helpful. Superb teachings. A true master. Hope to see you again soon. Billie

I didn’t get chance to speak to you at the end of either session you led. So many people wanting to talk to you! However I want to ensure you know how much I enjoyed both sessions. I felt that my practice advanced so much What you taught all made so much sense and how you guided putting it all into practice was just superb.
You seem to teach from your heart. I truly connected. Such a beautiful practice. Thank you I hope our paths cross again soon.
