Julia Turner –
Thank you Julia for organising such a wonderful retreat with a group of lovely likeminded ladies. It had the perfect combination of yoga, Ayurvedic spa treatments and excursions which was most enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food delicious and the accommodation was very
comfortable. Thank you all for making it a trip of a lifetime. I feel totally rejuvenated and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
Alison Walker –
Just returned from the most amazing holiday at Fragrant Nature Kollam with YogaVeda. I was up at 7 everyday for Yoga outside which was amazing, so tranquil. I had not done Yoga before, but I loved it. The place was wonderful in everyway, the food, the massages, the people. Thank you so much Julia for organising it and thank you to the rest of the group for being such lovely travelling companions.
Sally Claxton –
Went to Kerala with YogaVeda & lost my heart :). It was a wonderful experience. There was love & support from Julia. The food, the colours, the sheer spectacle that is India, was awesome.
I had a limited mobility & Yoga knowledge, I was concerned about the impact of this on me & my fellow traveller’s – I was walking with Alpine walking sticks. Everyone was so encouraging & supportive – it was like having my own cheer leading team. After 7 days with the Yoga practice, Ayurvedic treatments & use of the pool, I put the sticks away.
I’d like to recommend this 1000% – just don’t take my place on the next organised visit!!
Christine newlands –
I too have been to Fragrant Nature resort in Kerela. A beautiful place, oozing calmness and relaxation. Getting up early rewarded us with jaw dropping sunrises and gentle yoga with idyllic backdrops. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, helpful and ensured that we had all we needed to have the best time.
The daily treatments were thorough professional and my skin felt like silk after. Would definitely recommend this experience
Andrea Collins –
Just returned from the YogaVeda 2022 trip to Fragrant Nature resort and wellness centre in Paravur, Kerala. Had a fantastically relaxing but stimulating time away with early morning yoga guided by a local yoga master, followed by daily massages as prescribed. The massages were given at the Ayurvedic Spa centre set on the edge of the tranquil backwater.
Fabulous food at the restaurant. Met lots of interesting guests coming along to enjoy the beautiful setting.
Would recommend to anyone – Kerala and the centre is an absolute delight
